Corey Biggers:

I started weight training when I was a sophomore in high school, and have been in love with it ever since. The human body and the way it works has always intrigued me. I began lifting as more of an experimental activity, seeing how my body would react to different lifts and exercises, but the more I trained, the experimental nature of this activity turned into a passion that has greatly impacted my life.
Since I graduated from Armuchee High School in 2006, I have taken classes at Berry College in the health and nutrition field, as well as classes at Georgia Highlands, and achieved my personal trainer certification. At this time, I am also pursuing the NSCA, CPT certification. I love to help others, especially when it comes to health aspects of their life, because that’s where I feel that I can make the greatest impact. My future plans include pursuing a degree in kinesiology from Berry College. The Pro Performance team is happy to have Corey on board with his youth, passion and enthusiasm.
