Speed, Agility and Sport Specific Training

Pro Performance is extremely unique in Rome in that it offers Sports Performance Training. Pro Performance provides complex results-oriented training programs dedicated to enhancing athletic performance. Our program was designed and developed to meet the needs of tomorrow's athletes. Athletes who strive for an edge on the competition. We combine the latest training methods, state of the art equipment, knowledge and expertise of a world class strength and conditioning coach who brings a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge in the sports performance field, and personalize it to each athlete's individual goals or sport.

For middle and high school as well as college and professional athletes.

Youth Sports Performance & Conditioning

Youth Sports Performance & Conditioning was designed to be a fitness program for our young athletes as well as those who just need to be exposed to some of the fundamentals involved in conditioning. Kids go through a series of speed and ladder drills, running exercises and also learn some basic weight lifting technique using broomsticks and PVC pipe. Children will have so much fun discovering their athletic abilities and fitness potential in this very spirited training class!

Ages: 1st-5th grade (8-12 years old). Call for schedule.


2 days per week, $150 per month.

 

Middle School (6th, 7th, 8th grade)

$155 per month (2, 1 hour sessions per week)

$185 per month (3, 1 hour sessions per week)

 

High School and College Sports Performance Training

$190 per month (3, 1 hour sessions per week)

Speed & Agility Training

This training is designed to enhance what athletes are doing at their middle ad high school strength and conditioning programs. The one hour session consists of pure speed development, 10 yard acceleration development, correct starting stance, running technique, change of direction, foot quickness and much, much more. Any athlete who is looking to become faster, this training is for you.

Group Training is an intense 45 minute circuit training workout with weights. Group Training sessions are designed to give you a complete full body workout.
