Personal Training by Pro Performance

Personal Training is a 30 minute results-driven exercise program designed specifically for YOU! Your personal trainer will motivate you and provide you with the direction necessary to reach your individual health and wellness goals.

If you are interested in Personal Training please talk to Scott Hines, Lisa Hines or Tim Vicchrilli individually to discuss a scheduled time that will work for you.

Pricing: (Please call us with any questions.)

Single Session: $50

1 on 1 Training: 2 days per week, $250 per month.

1 on 1 Training: 3 days per week, $350 per month.

1 on 2 Training: 2 days per week, $180 per month.

1 on 2 Training: 3 days per week, $240 per month.

Group Training

Group Training is an intense 45 minute circuit training workout with weights. Group Training sessions are designed to give you a complete full body workout.

Why Group Training vs. Personal Training?

While both programs will give you a personalized results driven workout, Group Training, by its very nature, will be more social, competitive and interactive.

How many people are in a group?

Groups are a minimum of 3 people and limited to 10 people to ensure personal attention even in a group setting.

When is Group Training offered?

Group Training is offered 2 or 3 days a week. Each trainer has a group training schedule. Please call 234-9639 for more information on schedules.

How much does Group Training cost?

3 days a week = $175 per month

2 days a week = $145 per month
