Pro Performance offers a 6 week Boot Camp three times each year. This unique program combines interval and resistance training along with a proven weight loss plan to make this the MOST comprehensive, MOST educational and MOST uplifting Mental and Physical exercise program you will ever encounter! The Pro Performance system of training is proven. We guarantee results!

Boot Camp is a 6 week fitness/weight loss program that involves you to participate in 3 one hour fitness sessions per week. The sessions are held in our facility and includes both weight resistance and interval training. Boot Camp also introduces you to a very easy comprehensive nutrition plan that enables participants to either lose weight or to better implement a more healthy way of eating. This is a great nutrition program that allows you to eat real foods and is not a "fad" diet such as a low carb, high protein diet. Those don't work and we do not promote them.
We will educate you on your nutrition and you will be strongly recommended to log your eating habits into a binder, which we provide to you, for the entire 6 weeks. This is optional to you -- you do not have to log your eating if you do not want to but it is one of the most effective ways we have found to assess your eating habits and enables us to help you choose better foods to help you lose weight. You have us at your beck and call for 6 weeks you might as well use us!
Our 6 week program allows you to participate in our xvest walking classes as well as the Saturday W.O.D for free during your enrollment in Boot Camp. You also receive a free water bottle and a t-shirt.
One last thing, we have ALL fitness levels involved in Boot Camp! Some are trying to lose those last nagging 10 pounds where others are trying to jumpstart their 100 pound weight loss. We have folks who are looking to begin their new fitness program as well as those who want to pick up the intensity of their current workouts. We have also incorporated our XVest (weighted vest) walking class into our program -- it is a low impact very effective calorie burner which takes the place of running. Let me also add that we guarantee results! If you follow our program you will lose weight or we will refund your money!! Also, former Boot Campers will all tell you that in addition to their weight loss, they have a whole lot of fun and form a terrific camaraderie within their class so the experience is like no other. Almost all former Boot Campers will tell you that they have never felt better in their lives upon the completion of our 6 week program.
